Oooh, good luck with the draft of the new novel! 😄

As for me, one of my goals this year would be to finish the 5 to 6 stories that I have planned for The Red Riding Hood Saga, so that I can look into maybe indie publishing it !

Good luck with the short stories! Five to six stories is no joke. Have you indie published before?

Thank you!

And yeah, haha... - you would know, given the amount of Marredbury stories you did last year! 😉

I have! But that was also around 11 years ago, and I didn't do it very well... 😅

The story itself is still one that I am proud of, but the release was very... lackluster.

Basically, I made a cover for it myself (it looks fine, but it's not eyecatching), did all the formatting and etc. to get it accept by Smashwords and KDP, and then released it into the world with nary a word (i.e.: barely any marketing and/or promotion).

It makes something like... less than to around a dollar a year, but... definitely would like to do a much better release the next go-around. 😅

(This was James and the Time Patrol Agency, if you're interested.)

How about you? Any experience with it?

It's so much work to indie publish! I'm impressed you did your own cover!

I've published two books. The marketing has also been so so for me. There's just not enough time and the time I do have, I want to write. So they are out there (Daughter of Isis, and then a sequel, Son of Horus). The novel I want to write this year is hopefully going to be the third and final in the series 🤞 if I can figure out what is going to happen 😅

Oooh, good luck with the final novel of the series! 🤞

And yeah, between work, life, and writing, it's hard to fit in marketing as well... 😅
