I’ve been having such a great time hearing back from some of you about the launch of Marredbury. Thank you for those who commented and reached out. I’m thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the introduction story. Episode 1 will be posted next week. Now the fun will really begin!
Since there was so much posted over this last month, I just wanted to do a quick round-up of everything in case you missed it.

I started off this section of my substack with “Shards” by
. It’s a spooky read. Check it out and my reviewNext up will be “Unexplained” by H.V. Patterson. I’m looking foward to diving deep into this flash fiction story.

This retelling of a Japanese fairytale was very interesting. I’m always curious what authors do with fairytales. Some of my favorites books growing up were fairytale reimaginings.
That’s all I have for you for this update! Have you read any great indie works? Let me know. I’d love to check them out.
