November is upon us and I’ve been reading so many great posts about gratitude (this quick one by

Cali Bird

and another great read by

Alice Hlidkova

). I’ve got so much to be thankful for: a healthy family, a strong support network, the roof over my head, a steady job. I find practicing gratitude helps so much!
